WHQR and Thalian Hall are celebrating the 10th anniversary of Oscar Shorts by bringing you the most brilliant collection yet. Whether you like animation, live action or documentaries Oscar Shorts 2015 has something just for you. Check out the lineup below for a complete schedule of films.

Saturday, February 7th marks Wilmington’s 13th annual DocuTime one-day documentary film festival. DocuTime has established a solid reputation for bringing acclaimed documentaries to the big screen in Wilmington and allowing a dedicated community of documentary-lovers to a have a full day of award-winning, enlightening enjoyment.

Listener Ashley enjoyed a recent film at Cinematique. She wrote to Mary Bradley, who oversees our participation in this joint venture with Thalian Hall:

Will you please run The Book Thief a few more days?! We missed it at the theatre and I wasn't able to go when you ran it.

Mary replied,

I wish we could, but we have films booked for all the available times this month and next.
