Wilmington, NC – Wilmington's neighborhoods have a long and rich history. Historical plaques across town highlight the architects who built the houses and the people who used to live there. But not everything's written on those plaques. WHQR's Laurin Penland sat down with local historians to talk about the hidden history buried in old property deeds.
