Strike Vote

As the deciding vote in a teacher's strike, Philip Gerard must choose with whom he sides--

his fellow employees or the children whose needs they serve. Knowing that there are no other alternatives for the children at the alternative school where he works, the former teacher's aide finds this to be no easy decision.
