Wilmington, NC – Former Wilmington Mayor Harper Peterson has thrown his hat into the ring for the mayor's race. Peterson's running against Mayor Bill Saffo and tattoo artist Justin Lansa for the job.
Carolina Beach council members Joel Macon and Alan Gilbert are running for mayor there.
In Southport,Paul Fisher and Sandy Spencer are running for the mayor's job. While Leland Mayor Walter Futch Jr. will face Franky Thomas in that race.
