Lucky Lindy

In her 7th grade English class, Nan Graham wasn't the only one who grimaced at the thought of diagramming sentences. 

Her teacher, Miss Hogan, strayed far from the lesson plan to indulge her greatest interest: retelling details from the Lindbergh baby trial. And today, Nan still knows more about that than dangling participles.
