The Cape Fear Literacy Councilhosts its 7thAnnual Literacy Luncheon this Thursday. This is one of the critical fundraisers for the local non-profit that teaches skills in reading, writing, mathematics, and technology for adult learners. For the Luncheon, Live Oak Bank is matching all funds raised up to $25,000. The special guests are author Tom Morris and New Hanover County Commissioner Jonathon Barfield.
