Apple, Samsung Wage War In Patent Battle

RENEE MONTAGNE, HOST:

(SOUNDBITE OF MUSIC)

MONTAGNE: Apple and its Korean rival are waging a nasty battle in nearly a dozen countries, and today Samsung scored a win.
