The program built a large and loyal audience over its history. The TOTN staff has been NPR’s go-to team for coverage of breaking news from 9/11 to the shootings last December in Newtown, Connecticut. Stations and listeners have relied on TOTN for quality coverage, high-caliber guests and enriching conversation.
Tue, 18 Jun 2013 15:16:18 +0000 Bob Workmon 38393 at http://whqr.org Starting July 1st, "Here & Now" comes to WHQR Friday Feedback for May 24, 2013 http://whqr.org/post/friday-feedback-may-24-2013

I’ve spent some time this week looking over some the comments made by listeners when they pledge at whqr.org. This is a great loss.
